The purpose of the Sales Account Manager is to retain and develop new customer relationships, by working to understand the demands impacting our customers’ business, and looking for ways to help keep their employees safe and productive on the job. You will represent Columbia Safety products to current and prospective customers, and contribute to the company’s overall goals by maintaining revenue and margin growth targets You will be expected to provide a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment. The role focuses on acquiring, penetrating, managing and retaining customers. Being sales and performance driven with dedication to achieving team goals will be critical to success of our overall business. Position Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields of study Tech Savvy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong Organizational Skills Must have strong written and oral communication skills Exceptional decision making and problem resolution skills A construction or industrial background is not required, but is a plus Industrial sales experience is not required, but is a plus Must like to have fun at work We offer a competitive salary + commission structure with endless potential to grow within the organization!
