Channel Manager - eCommerce Job Description At Arkansas Valley Feathers Inc, the world's largest & most dynamic decorative feather products company, we seek the best in the industry to join our team. Currently, our online division is searching for an Assistant Channel Manager to service our eCommerce sites zuckerfeather.com and featherplace.com. This position will support our Consumer Products Group strategic business unit. This incumbent will: Work with the cross functional teams to develop product, merchandising, and promotion strategies. Learn and understand the channel P&L to make sound business decisions in order to drive top and bottom lines. Work with sales & marketing team in collaboration with product, brand, and finance to develop strategic initiatives. Execute market communication plans and new product launches. Present product, merchandising, and promotional strategies to account buyers. Interface with Brand Marketing Team for production of point of purchase materials. Analyze/track POS, Inventory, Market Share, Competitive Landscapes Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements as required including Google Adwords, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Shopping. Work closely with the sales team to manage listings in order to maximize sales and profitability via mix management. Expand and manage sales channels including Amazon, Etsy, Magento, Ebay, Shopify, Pinterest, and more. Employee Specifications: 2+ years of sales and or marketing experience within the Consumer Goods Industry with a record of demonstrated achievement Possess effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Possess basic knowledge of key business measures--sales, gross margin, Ol, etc. Have computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite The ability to manage a budget for promotions, merchandising, trade shows and advertising Possess solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability Possess strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Possess a highly comfortable level for delivering presentations in a small/large group setting internally/externally as well as to all levels of an organization.
