Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls, disburse phone calls to appropriate staff members, and communicate effectively with all staff within clinic.Screen all customer contacts for crisis, then triage and handle accordingly.Transfer phone calls to appropriate clinics for screening appointments when needed.Scheduling customers for their first time appointment for Outpatient Services.Check for open Initial Visit slots for providers in the Outpatient clinic on a daily basis and backfill these slots with available clients.Enter information into tracking systems and update the tracking systems accordingly on a daily basis.Staff will use various websites and software systems to verify client insurance eligibility.Abide by HIPAA guidelines at all times when dealing with customers and co-workers.Perform required tasks related to opening and closing the clinic.
