The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to be the first contact for new and existing customers. This position requires the ability to be reactive and proactive with both phone and online sales. You will represent GME Supply products to our customer base, acquire a complete understanding of our product line, commit to a plan of continued learning, and contribute to the companys overall goals and culture.
A Few Things About the Job:
:React to inbound sales opportunities and be proactive with existing opportunities
:Manage online orders and ensure every customer is provided top notch service and prompt follow:through
:Obtain knowledge of our product lines and internal procedures
:Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure we are providing effective and efficient customer service
:Provide customer feedback to internal parties to continually improve our customer experience
A Few Things About You
:Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields of study
:Tech Savvy
:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
:Strong Organizational Skills
:Must have strong written and oral communication skills
:Exceptional decision making and problem resolution skills
:A construction or industrial background is not required, but is a plus
:Industrial sales experience is not required, but is a plus
:Must like to have fun at work
