Kelly Services is working with Storage Mart, the world's largest privately-owned self-storage company to staff the Storage Mart call center in Columbia, MO. Storage Mart Phone Reps answer calls, address customer needs, collect and confirm customer information, collect payments, and advise callers on appropriate Storage Mart services. Some clerical work on special projects, such as proofreading or providing feedback on training materials, may be assigned. Essential Duties - Answers inbound phone calls in a timely manner and speaks in a professional and friendly tone. - Utilizes prescribed greetings and handles phone calls as trained. - Utilizes computer software, such as interactive queues, in order to properly route and log calls. - Addresses customers- needs and recommends additional or supplemental services as appropriate. - Accepts credit card payments as trained and ensures security of callers- personal information. - Accurately records caller information and ensures that all necessary information is collected. - Willingly works with coaches, trainers, and supervisors on a regular basis and accepts constructive feedback in a professional manner. - Provides feedback about errors, omissions, and other problems to supervisor in a professional and timely manner.Qualifications - High school diploma or GED. - Strong typing skills and computer literacy. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - 2+ years of sales experience. - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret graphs. - Must be available nights (until 10 pm) and weekends.
