### Summary
This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number D0897000in SPMD 1626 and is part of the MO United States Property and Fiscal Office.
**WHO MAY APPLY:**All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Army National Guard.
**APPOINTMENT FACTORS:** This is a Permanent Excepted Service position. This is a non-bargaining unit position.

**NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED**: This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.

### Responsibilities
Manages the Retail Supply Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) in the Material Management Branch. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets supply directives and guidelines to formulate and implement effective operating procedures to achieve optimum logistical support. Develops and establishes controls to ensure that results of workload requirements identify systematic problems and enhance mission accomplishment. Performs surveys and studies of branch supply operations to determine proper application of improved supply methods. Performs a full range of supervisory personnel functions. Implements accepted provisions of personnel management such as equal employment, merit promotion, career development, performance appraisals, employee counseling, incentive awards and position management. Performs other duties as assigned.

**MILITARY REQUIREMENTS**:
**Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement**. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Selected candidate will be required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment.

**IMPORTANT NOTES:** Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances are not authorized for this position. Required Security Clearance is Noncritical Sensitive.
**Failure to complete management prescribed courses for full-time support personnel within the first year of employment or assignment, may be cause for reassignment or termination.**
### Qualifications
**GS-09 Specialized Experience:** Must have 24 months of specialized experience in preparing and implementing supply programs in one or more areas of supply. The specialized experience must also demonstrate your ability to search for and analyze information, resolve questions, prepare entries for supply record systems; and provide supply information, reports and services. Experience that demonstrates the independent performance of surveys and studies related to supply work as evidenced through regulatory administrative or other work; perform analytical assignments involving specific issues; and recommend solutions to issues or problems with supply management or operations.
**General Experience:** Experience, education, or training which has provided you with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field.
