We are on the lookout for the next True Media team member! While we do not currently have an open position, we forecast the need for this position in the next 2-3 months. As a Search Specialist you manage the paid search, Youtube and Google Display Network campaigns for True Media clients. Must have a strong understanding of paid search campaign management practices and are required to implement those practices to deliver exceptional results on behalf of True Media clients. May also be required to help manage SEO responsibilities. Highlights: Provide hands-on execution of campaign set-up, optimization and analysis of paid search, YouTube and Google Display Network campaigns for a portfolio of True Media clients. Create proposals and estimates for paid search campaigns in conjunction with Search Supervisor and Digital Project Manager. Communicate with Search Supervisor, search engine representatives (ie Google) and consultants to ensure that search campaigns meet performance goals. Maintain strong communication of campaign performance, challenges and status updates to supervisor, AMD-Digital and core internal team. Maintain goodwill and strong working relationships with the search engine representatives and internal teammates. Maintain pacing and status documents both internally and externally; issue monthly and/or post campaign reports on effectiveness of digital campaigns. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Google Certifications within 6 months of employment (Search, Display and Analytics) Proficient with and knowledgeable of industry tools and systems for search advertising Have strong understanding of paid search campaign management and optimization best practices; SEO experience also a plus Maintain ability to implement advanced optimization techniques for search campaigns Must be able to analyze metrics from search campaigns and provide insightful and constructive observations/recommendations to Account Planners, Digital Project Managers and clients 2+ Years experience managing SEO or paid search campaigns preferred Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in advertising, marketing or communications preferred; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
